Winners for Sale Limited does not make any representations as to access to this Website being continuous, uninterrupted or error-free.

Winners for Sale Limited does not give any warranty as to the condition of the horses. It is your responsibility to make such inquiries as you deem fit to satisfy yourself as to whether you wish to purchase any particular horse.

You consent to your disclosing details of any transaction (to which you are a party) relating to a Winners for Sale Limited listing (including a copy of any documentation recording that transaction) which disclosure is required to be carried out relating to sales conducted through this website:

In order to bid for or seek further information about any Bloodstock listed for sale you must register and log in.

Your registration details will be made available to Winners for Sale Limited You must keep your password confidential and secure and not disclose it to any other person. Please notify Winners For Sale Limited as soon as possible if you suspect that your password is no longer confidential.

Payments

All monies received by Winners for sale are for advertising only. Winners for sale do not get involved in the financial transactions between Purchaser and Vendor. The purchase price is paid directly to the Vendor by the Purchaser.

All amounts listed on this website will be clearly marked as to the currency involved. You are responsible for determining whether any additional payments (for example, in respect of any value added or sales tax) are required to be added to the agreed purchase price.
